What is included in the support?

The support includes help with describing the functions that are included in your license. Your license agreement includes a specific number of support hours per month or quarter. We also help to describe error messages and troubleshoot technical problems.

 

What is not included in the support?

– Setup of surveys, reports and demos.

– Review and customization of procurement documents, contracts or RFIs.

– Integration support with external systems (CRM, BI, HR systems etc.).

– Participation in meetings with clients/end customers
