We closely follow the rules set forth by the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.

As a provider of survey systems, we have further developed and adapted our system to comply with GDPR Article 25: Data protection by design and by default. Through this work, we have provided our system users with tools to comply with GDPR regulations, such as:

  • Two-factor authentication at login
  • Locking features to protect individual personal data within a project
  • Protections to prevent accidental viewing/exporting of protected personal data
  • Logging features for tracking who did what in the system
  • Tools for classifying projects with sensitive personal data
  • Features for erasing personal data once it is no longer needed

Within our management system, our procedures for handling personal data have been developed in accordance with GDPR requirements.

We have data processing agreements with all subcontractors who store personal data.
