Within 1-3 working days, you will have a first version that you test via your own project login. Now that you can see and test the survey, you may want to adjust something. Send over everything you want to have changed in a document and we will solve it within one working day.

3. We collect the responses

Collection from selection

Do you want us to invite participants via email, text message, or via a web panel? We are open to all selection methods and are happy to help you choose the best one based on your project’s conditions. We send reminders to those who did not respond within a few days.

Via a two-step secure login, you follow the field study and can at any time:
– see current response rate
– send additional reminders
– download all answers in a raw data file to Excel and SPSS
– download tables and graphs

You do not have to wait until your survey closes before you can access the results.

Completed report

Cross tables in Excel with optional breakdowns are always included.

We can also create a PowerPoint report with visualisations. We select appropriate graphs based on the questions you asked and use your organisation’s PowerPoint layout.

Do you need help processing the data? We can help you group answer options, encode postal codes into regions, encode open answers, create dimensions and indices, perform significance tests and correlations, etc.

Do you feel that a certain variation is missing? Customise the tables or graphs yourself via your project login, which gives you full access to our powerful reporting tool.
