Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get correlations between questions and satisfaction in my employee survey report?

Yes, we always calculate what questions are most strongly correlated to the overall work satisfaction of your respondents. That way, you get an immediate blueprint of what is most important to your employees and what you need to do to improve their satisfaction.

Can I break my employee survey report down into different divisions and teams?

Yes, you get a total overview of the responses and a breakdown into divisions, departments, and managers. You also get comparisons between the various sub-groups, allowing you to find high- and low-performance teams.

What is the smallest group of people needed to generate a report from my employee survey?

As a standard, there need to be at least 5 people to generate an employee survey report for a team. This is to ensure the employee’s anonymity and that the results are representative of the group and not dependent on single outliers. If you prefer a lower/higher limit than this – just let us know.

How are open-ended questions visualized in the employee survey report?

The responses to all open-ended questions and all comments are displayed at the end of the manager/department reports. This ensures that all written responses only are connected to the department or manager to which they pertain.
